Continually Discovering apples

Our passion for outstanding apples got us into this endeavor with cider – little did we know we were just lifting the lid on the wide world of apples!

Once we discovered the flavor and intensity of cider apples our eyes opened all the more.

Next, we started to hear of red-fleshed apples. We had seen some with faint color at the edge of the skin, but had no idea they could be red all the way through.

At the same time, we started scouring for old forgotten heritage varieties the settlers may have had. And discovering what treasures wildings and seedlings might behold

The curiosity of ~10 apple varieties kicked off our curiosity.

Getting into cider, we carefully selected ~40 varieties to try out.

Now on our orchard, we have around 120 varieties in various stages of development.
